In EPC projects,procurement is usually given a high cost weight ratio.The use of advanced purchasing management mode and effective progress control measures plays a crucial role in the overall progress control of projects.This paper studies the construction of procurement progress system,progress monitoring,corrective measures and other key links in a PE project of country S,which provides reference for the procurement progress planning management of overseas projects in the future.
