Alkyl aluminum is widely used in plants that produce polyethylene.This article introduces the equipment layout and piping layout design scheme for alkyl aluminum preparation area through the engineering design of multiple gas-phase polyethylene plants at home and abroad and based on the chemical characteristics of alkyl aluminum medium and the industry standards.This design scheme is still used today and has been applied in multiple gas-phase polyethylene plants,indicating that this equipment layout and piping layout design scheme for alkyl aluminum preparation area is feasible and reasonable.
