摘要

为解决钢结构柱脚抗剪键的设计问题,参考AISC和SCI新近的设计标准和手册,介绍了抗剪键的受力形态,通过示例说明了抗剪键承载力的计算方法,并基于实际工程经验提出了对于设计、施工的建议.抗剪键按照悬臂构件进行设计,需要同时考虑弯矩和剪力作用.剪力键的承载力与截面形状、尺寸、摆放方位、埋置深度、灌浆层的厚度和混凝土强度等多个因素有关,由多种可能破坏形态的最不利情况决定.

Abstract

To solve the problems in the design of shear keys for steel column base plates,with the reference to the recent AISC and SCI design manuals,this paper introduces the loading conditions of shear keys,illustrates the method for calculating the load capacity of shear keys by examples,and gives some recommendations for the design and installation based on engineering experiences.Shear key should be designed as cantilever member considering both the bending moment and the shear force.The load capacity of shear key is related to various factors such as section shape and size,installation position,embedded depth,grouting thickness and concrete grade,and is determined by the most unfavorable scenario of several potential failure modes.
