海上平台在完井作业过程中会产生大量废弃完井液,完井液废弃物是一种含油、含高分子聚合物、高矿化度的复杂稳定体系,未经处理排放会对海洋环境造成严重污染.由于渤海油田要求钻完井废弃物全回收,本实验在对完井液废弃物物性分析的基础上,针对平台空间有限的特点,设计了以"絮凝沉淀-离心分离-膜分离"为技术核心的工艺路线,并进行现场验证.实验结果表明:处理后固相含水率 56%、含油率≤1.0%;液相中固体质量浓度 18 mg/L、含油量低于10 mg/L、浊度10.4 NTU,完全满足固相减量、液相回用的要求.
Completion fluid waste disposal technology of offshore platform
Huge amount of waste completion fluid was produced during the completion pro-cess on the offshore platform.Waste completion fluid was a complex stable mixture including petroleum,high polymer and salinity,etc.The direct discharge of waste completion fluid would cause severe damage to the marine environment.Experiment was carried out based on the physical analysis of waste to meet the restrictions in the Bohai oilfield.The treatment process of flocculation,configuration and membrane separation was designed and tested on site.The results showed that after treatment,water and oil contents were 56%and≤1.0%in the solid phase,respectively.Solid mass concentration was 18 mg/L,oil mass concentra-tion was≤10 mg/L,and turbidity was 10.4 NTU in the liquid phase.Requirements for solid phase reduction and recycling of liquid phase were completely meet.
