This article takes the cleaning work of a fixed bidirectional volumetric tube in a certain oil depot in Changqing oilfield as an example,introduces the cleaning process,and analyzes in detail the impact of fouling,cleaning medium,equipment and tools and operation on the cleaning effect of the volumetric tube.Suggestions are proposed and implemented.By comparing the calibrated volume value with the previous result,the analysis effect is demon-strated,and the necessity and reliability of the research are proved.
