基于功图电参的抽油机井关键指标在线计算分析及应用

近年来,随着新疆油田物联网的建设,数字化、信息化、智能化建设所积累的实践和经验,为抽油机井关键指标在线计算分析及应用奠定了良好基础.油井管理者只有全面及时地了解抽油机井的工况,才能制定合理的措施,保障抽油机井生产运行过程监控、状态预警和工艺优化,实现采油现场与管控中心的双向互动.本文依托新疆油田物联网的数据采集技术,根据抽油机井功图、电参等参数,通过数据治理分析后,实时计算油井泵效、系统效率、平衡度、能耗等关键指标,形成抽油机井指标计算模型并在新疆油田采油工程综合管理系统深度应用,为采油工艺运行管理及节能降耗提供实时数据分析和优化方案.
Online calculation analysis and application of key indicator for pumping unit well based on electric parameters and dynamometer diagrams
In recent years,with the construction of the Internet of Things in Xinjiang oil-field,the practice and experience accumulated in digitalization,informatization and intelli-gent construction have laid a good foundation for the online calculation analysis and applica-tion of key indicators of pumping wells.Only by comprehensively and timely understanding the working conditions of the pumping well can oil well managers formulate reasonable mea-sures to ensure the monitoring,status warning and process optimization of the production and operation process of the pumping well,and achieve two-way interaction between the oil pro-duction site and the control center.This article relies on the data collection technology of the Internet of Things in Xinjiang oilfield,and based on parameters such as pumping well power diagrams and electrical parameters,through data governance analysis,calculates key indica-tors such as oil well pump efficiency,system efficiency,balance and energy consumption in real time.A pumping well indicator calculation model is formed and deeply applied in the comprehensive management system of oil production engineering in Xinjiang oilfield,provid-ing real-time data analysis and optimization solutions for oil production process operation management and energy conservation and consumption reduction.
