氯离子对化学需氧量的影响及屏蔽方法的研究

为系统探明氯离子对化学需氧量(COD)的影响,并获得有效的屏蔽方法,降低检测误差,本文以COD标准溶液为研究对象,探讨了氯离子及硫酸汞对COD测试值的影响,实验结果显示,氯离子对COD的测试存在显著的干扰,特别是对于COD值小的样品,引起的测试误差更大.硫酸汞具有较好的屏蔽效果,在屏蔽倍率为 30:1 时,对于COD≥200 mg/L的样品,其测试误差可以达到 10.00%以内.对于COD≤50 mg/L的样品,采用低浓度测试条件,在屏蔽倍率为20:1 时可达到较好的屏蔽效果,但硫酸汞用量不宜过多且宜在量取试样后加入.
Study on the influence of chloride ions on COD and masking methods
In order to systematically explore the influence of chloride ions on COD,and ob-tain an effective masking method to reduce detection error.This paper takes COD standard solution as the research object,discusses the influence of chloride ion and mercury sulfate on COD test value.The experimental results show that chloride ion has significant interfer-ence on COD test,especially for samples with small COD value,resulting in greater test error.Mercury sulfate has a good masking effect,when the masking ratio is 30:1,the test error can reach less than 10.00%for samples with COD≥200 mg/L.For samples with COD≤50 mg/L,the low concentration test condition can achieve a better masking effect when the masking ra-tio is 20:1,but the amount of mercury sulfate should not be too much and should be added after measuring the sample.
