Application of electric desalting sewage treatment facility in atmospheric pressure plant
There are a lot of oil and solid sand in the sewage after electrodesalination of at-mospheric pressure unit of oil refinery in Ningxia Petrochemical Company,which not only causes wear and corrosion of equipment and pipelines in the process of operation,but also the excessive corrosion rate caused by unqualified electrodesalination wastewater will lead to greater safety risks and increase the maintenance cost.On the other hand,sewage treatment will produce higher costs and energy consumption,which will add extra operating costs to downstream water treatment devices.In order to meet the requirements of environmental pro-tection and further reduce the processing loss of the device,the technical reform measures of adding a new sewage cyclone oil and sand removal facility were adopted to remove solid particles and oil in the sewage,so that the corrosion rate of the equipment and pipeline could reach the standard less than 0.2 mm/a,the COD of the sewage less than 1 500 mg/L,and the effluent could reach the standard continuously.
