Study on design method of optimization of emulsion injection parameters in medium and high permeability reservoir
As a novel flooding system, emulsion flooding system can control the fluidity and prevent the intrusion of oil displacement system by utilizing the Jamin effect in porous me-dia.However,when implementing emulsion flooding, both the plugging capability and the injectivity of the system need to be considered. However, emulsion seepage is differed from the traditional Newtonian fluid seepage, and its seepage pressure in the porous medium is not only affected by its own viscosity, while also affected by adsorption, retention and other effects. Therefore, this study develops an injection pressure prediction model based on the e-quivalent flow viscosity of the emulsion system.Using Matlab programming software, the flow resistance under different injection parameters and methods is quantitatively calculated. This calculation method can select the optimal injection rate and volume of the composite system based on the basic performance of the field injection and production equipment. It ensures that the composite system has good displacement efficiency while also achieving good in-jectability.This study provides a feasible quantitative design method for on-site emulsion flooding construction.
