Quantitative characterization of dominant seepage channels in offshore K oilfield
The horizontal and vertical heterogeneity of offshore K oilfield is serious. After long-term waterflooding development, the oilfield has high water cut and high recovery de-gree,which forms the dominant seepage channel and affects the development effect. In order to adjust the water absorption profile and improve the development effect, this paper de-duced the description method of the dominant seepage channel according to the principle of seepage mechanics, and calculated the quantitative characterization equation of the interwell channeling flow channel by using the relative permeability curve. The method was applied to K oilfield, and the distribution volume, permeability, pore throat radius and other parameters of the dominant seepage channel were quantitatively described. On this basis, the chemical flooding slugging quantity was optimized, and the recovery degree was 8.55 percentage points higher than that of the water flooding scheme.
