冀中八里西潜山CCUS井筒完整性研究

2020年我国提出了"双碳"目标,CO2驱油与埋存技术(CCUS)能够在提高石油采收率的同时达到CO2减排的目的,是目前经济技术条件下实现CO2效益减排的最佳方式.冀中八里西CCUS项目是国内首个潜山底水油藏CCUS项目,井筒完整性要求高.本文结合区块地质情况,从完井方式、井眼尺寸等方面优化井身结构.通过模拟地质条件,进行N80、P110、3Cr、9Cr、13Cr五种管材的室内腐蚀实验,根据腐蚀规律优选套管.通过水泥浆体系优选及固井工艺优化,提高固井质量.最后通过井身结构、套管选材、固井三者结合,提高井筒完整性,保证CCUS项目的顺利实施.
Integrity study of the CCUS wellbore in buried hill,Balixi,Jizhong
In 2020,China proposed the"dual carbon"goal,carbon dioxide oil driving and storage(CCUS)technology can achieve the purpose of carbon emission reduction while im-proving oil recovery,which is the best way to realize carbon benefit reduction under the cur-rent economic and technological conditions.The Balixi CCUS project in Jizhong is the first CCUS project in China for buried hill bottom water reservoirs,with high requirements for wellbore integrity.This paper combines the geological conditions of the block to optimize the wellbore structure in terms of completion method and borehole size.By simulating the geo-logical conditions,indoor corrosion experiments of five types of tubing,N80,P110,3Cr,9Cr,and 13Cr,are conducted,and the casing is optimized according to the corrosion law.Improve the quality of cementing through the optimization of cement paste system and cementing process.Finally,through the combination of well structure,casing selection and cementing,the integrity of wellbore will be improved to ensure the smooth progress of the CCUS project.
