Heterogeneous Fenton degradation of methyl orange dye wastewater fluidized bed experiments
At(25±5)℃,the β-FeOOH was loaded on SiO2 to praper β-FeOOH/SiO2,which was used as heterogeneous Fenton catalyst. The degradation effect and degradation mechanism of methyl orange dye wastewater were investigated in fluidized bed device. The applicability, recycling and stability of β-FeOOH/SiO2 in fluidized bed process were investi-gated by XRD and FT-IR characterization methods. The results showed that the addition of β-FeOOH/SiO2 was 5.00 g/L,H2O2 was 0.031 L/L,the reaction time was 83 min and the re-moval rate of 250 mg/L methyl orange dye wastewater was 100%,COD was 88.36%,and TOC was 67.5%.The β-FeOOH/SiO2 combined with fluidized bed has the advantages of wide applicability and high removal rate.
