Study on performance and field application of flowback fluid rematching fracturing fluid
With the large-scale development of unconventional oil and gas resources,a large amount of fracturing flowback fluid is generated.The reuse of fracturing flowback fluid can not only protect the environment,but also save water resources and reduce costs.In this paper,a set of primary treatment technology for fracturing flowback was designed for a block in Ordos Basin,and the remixing of the treated fracturing flowback fluid was studied for construction.Laboratory studies showed that the W-1 fracturing fluid had good performance in various fields.The viscosity was 224.500 mPa·s at 170 s-1,60℃and 120 min of shear.When the glue is broken at 50℃for 2 h,the viscosity of the glue breaking solution is 1.460 mPa·s.The surface tension is 21.791 mN/m and the interfacial tension is 0.769 mN/m.Anti-swelling rate 85.10%.At 60℃,the static sand suspension time of the fracturing fluid gel system is 60 min,which indicates that the fracturing fluid has good sand carrying perfor-mance.The damage rate of core matrix permeability is 14.12%.The site construction of the well shows that the performance of fracturing fluid is good and the construction pressure is stable.The result of rapid discharge and flowback 1 h after pressure is good,and the effect of increasing production after pressure is remarkable.
