摘要

渤海油田稠油热采经过十多年的摸索,在关键技术攻关和关键设备建造方面取得了重大的突破,探索出了一条适合海上稠油热采的成功之路.本次研究涉及渤海油田稠油热采 7 个油田,一共实施了 67 口井蒸汽吞吐和 1 个蒸汽驱试验井组,通过 97 井次注热参数统计和开发生产动态分析,发现仅有 6 井次蒸汽吞吐过程顺利,暴露出了在注热、热采、地质油藏研究等 12 个方面的问题,在蒸汽吞吐过程中共有 167 井次事件严重影响了生产;并指出了油井增注、油层压水、防治气窜、油藏增能等注热前预处理的相应技术对策,希望引起高度重视,能够更好地高效开发海上稠油.

Abstract

After more than ten years of exploration,Bohai oilfield has made significant breakthroughs in key technology research and equipment construction,exploring a successful path suitable for offshore heavy oil thermal recovery.This study involves seven heavy oil thermal recovery oilfields in Bohai oilfield,with 67 wells undergoing steam stimulation and one steam drive test well group.Through 97 well heat injection parameter statistics and de-velopment and production performance analysis,it was found that only six well steam stimu-lation processes were smooth,exposing 12 problems in heat injection,thermal recovery,and geological reservoir research.There were a total of 167 well events during the steam stimula-tion process that seriously affected production.And pointed out the corresponding technical measures for pre-treatment before heat injection,such as increasing oil well injection,water pressure in oil layers,preventing gas channeling,and increasing reservoir energy,hoping to attract high attention and better and efficiently develop offshore heavy oil.
