低摩阻水泥浆在长庆气田桃2区块长水平段固井中的应用

普通的减轻材料配制的低密度水泥浆体系存在耐压能力差等缺陷,经井底高压后实际密度有所增加,减轻效果变差.对苏里格区域水平段固井分析,发现常用的轻珠体系施工摩阻明显要高于粉煤灰体系.经评价筛选,调配出以次纳米硅为主要减轻材料,密度 1.40 g/cm3 的低摩阻水泥浆体系,该体系经高压后密度增加值≤0.04 g/cm3,体系稳定,范宁摩阻系数小.在长庆气田桃 2-H井 3 931m的长水平段固井中使用,有效控制施工起压值 18 MPa,在裸眼段增加的情况下,实际施工压力下降5~6 MPa,理论摩阻压力和实际接近,固井质量合格,为长水平段固井施工提供参考基础.
Application of low friction cement slurry in cementing long horizontal section of Tao 2 block,Changqing gasfield
The low density cement slurry system prepared with ordinary lightening materials has some defects such as poor pressure resistance,and the actual density increases after the bottom hole high pressure,and the lightening effect becomes worse.The analysis of horizon-tal cementing in Sulige area shows that the friction of light bead system is obviously higher than that of fly ash system.After evaluation and screening,a low friction cement slurry system with a density of 1.40 g/cm3 and subnanometer silicon as the main reducing material is pre-pared.The density increase value of the system after high pressure is less than 0.04 g/cm3,the system is stable and the Fanning friction coefficient is small.It is used in the cementing of long horizontal section of Tao 2-H well 3 931 m in Changqing gasfield,effectively con-trolling the construction starting pressure value of 18 MPa.When the open hole section is in-creased,the actual construction pressure drops by 5~6 MPa,the theoretical friction pressure is close to the actual,and the cementing quality is qualified,providing a reference basis for the cementing construction of long horizontal section.
