基于球包球填料的液质联用技术应用考察

摘要
液质联用已经成为最广泛应用的蛋白质复合物分离鉴定研究方法,具有高效率、高分辨、高灵敏度以及低进样量的优势.本文构建了基于新型球包球填料的纳流液相色谱串联质谱联用分析平台,并考察了其对牛血清白蛋白酶解产物的分析.
Abstract
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)has become the most widely used method for the separation and identification of protein complexes,with the advantages of high efficiency,high resolution,high sensitivity and low injection volume.This article constructs a nano-liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry analysis platform based on a new type of SOS silica microspheres,and investigates its analysis of bovine serum albu-min hydrolysis products.
