Analysis and improvement measures of load bottleneck in summer operation of polypropylene plant
A polypropylene plant adopts the Italian Basel Spheripol-Ⅱdouble loop process,using propylene as raw material,to produce high value-added polypropylene resin under the action of efficient catalysts.The heat released from the polymerization reaction can be re-duced by the water cooler with a jacket in the loop pipe to ensure the temperature stability of the loop pipe reactor.In summer,as the temperature rises,the temperature of the circu-lating water in the device increases.The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the jacket water in the ring pipe is small,and the heat transfer coefficient of the cooler decreases.Therefore,if the heat is not removed in a timely manner,it can easily cause the ring pipe to fly and explode,seriously affecting the high load production and long-term op-eration of the device.By analyzing the cooling effect of the loop reactor in the device and proposing improvement measures,the heat removal problem of the loop reactor is improved to ensure safe and stable operation of the device.
