催化装置大型机组在正常运行过程中,由于原设计未考虑到油雾回收问题,造成油箱在实际使用过程中顶部放空线出现油雾弥漫现象,现场VOCs严重超标.挥发性有机物VOCs除具备毒性、刺激性特性以外,针对机组油箱现场大量油雾弥漫的聚集,还会造成高浓度易燃、易爆特性,对装置安全生产带来严重隐患.针对大型机组VOCs隐患治理,本公司特地引进PJ型油气回收系统,该系统利用净化风进行抽负压操作,将油箱内部未冷凝的油雾引至吸附回收罐进行吸附回收,使得处理后的油雾、油气满足安全排放标准,彻底消除VOCs不达标隐患,保障大型机组安全环保运行.

During the normal operation of the largescale unit of the catalytic device,because the original design did not consider the problem of oil mist recovery,the oil mist diffuse phenomenon appeared on the top venting line of the fuel tank during actual use,and the VOCs on site seriously exceeded the standard.In addition to the toxic and irritating charac-teristics of volatile organic compound VOCs,in view of the accumulation of a large number of oil mist at the unit tank site,it will also cause high concentration flammable and explosive characteristics,which will bring serious hidden dangers to the safety production of the de-vice.In view of the hidden danger control of VOCs in largescale unit,the company specially introduced PJ type oil and gas recovery system,which uses purified air to pump negative pressure operation,and leads the uncondensed oil mist inside the oil tank to the adsorption recovery tank for adsorption recovery,so that the treated oil mist and oil and gas meet the safety emission standards,completely eliminate the hidden danger of VOCs not meeting the standard,and ensure the safe and environmentally friendly operation of largescale unit.
