遇CO2自修复防腐固井水泥浆体系研究及应用

针对在CCUS井下难以维持水泥石长期完整性的问题,构建了一种遇CO2 自修复防腐固井水泥浆体系.该体系引入了自修复材料以及防腐材料,配合其他外加剂形成了密度1.9 g/cm3 的水泥浆体系.该自修复水泥浆体系常规性能良好,能够达到固井施工的要求.研究了该体系的防腐性能以及自愈合性能,研究结果表明,腐蚀 30d后水泥石的腐蚀深度小于 1.00 mm,CO2 腐蚀后抗压强度增强.腐蚀 30d后,造缝自修复水泥石的抗压强度相对增长百分比为149.30%.腐蚀12h和 24h后,水泥石的自修复率分别为 97.64%和 97.97%.本文构建的自修复防腐固井水泥浆体系能够有效推进CCUS技术发展以及助力CO2 上百年的封存.
Research and application of CO2 self-healing anti-corrosive cementing slurry system
In response to the problem of difficulty about maintaining the long-term integrity of cement stone in CCUS,a CO2 self-healing anti-corrosive cementing slurry system has been constructed.This system introduced self-healing materials and anti-corrosion materials,combined with other additives to form a cement slurry system with the density of 1.9 g/cm3.The self-healing cementing slurry system has good conventional performance and can meet the requirements of cementing construction.The corrosion resistance and self-healing perfor-mance of the slurry system were studied.The research results showed that the corrosion depth of cement stone after CO2 corrosion for 30 days was less than 1.00 mm,and the com-pressive strength was enhanced after CO2 corrosion.After 30 days of corrosion,the relative increase percentage of compressive strength of self-healing cement stone for joint making is 149.30%.After 12 and 24 hours of corrosion,the self repair rates of cement stone were 97.64%and 97.97%,respectively.In this article,the self-healing anti-corrosive cementing slurry system constructed can effectively promote the development of CCUS technology and assist in the storage of CO2 for hundred years.
