Study on reservoir characteristics of Chang 7 tight oil in X oilfield and prediction of favorable areas
Chang 7 reservoir in X oilfield is the key exploration area of the oil production plant 6 of Changqing oilfield.More than 290 exploration wells and development wells have been drilled in this area.This paper systematically collates the data of well logging,logging,drilling and oil testing in this area,and focuses on understanding the sedimentary microfa-cies and sand body distribution characteristics of the Chang 7 oil formation of the main oil-bearing layer,deeply analyzes the reservoir characteristics,defines the reservoir characteris-tics,and carries out the favorable area prediction.The research results show that the litholo-gy of Chang 7 is mainly gray,gray-green extremely fine-grained lithic feldspar sandstone,with very fine particles,medium to good sorting,and rounded sub-rims.The clay minerals in the interstition are mainly kaolinite and chlorite,and the carbonate minerals are mainly iron calcite and iron dolomite.The heterogeneity of Chang 7 tight oil reservoir in the study area is medium to weak,and the class Ⅲ reservoir is mainly distributed as a whole,and the class Ⅰ and Ⅱ reservoirs of Chang 72 small reservoirs are relatively developed,which are the high-quality reservoirs in the study area.In the comprehensive study,there are 5 favorable reservoir-building areas for Chang 7 tight oil reservoirs,and the newly added geological re-serves are 1 669.9×104t.It provides a certain geological basis for the overall planning,devel-opment program formulation and regional exploration well deployment in this area.
