摘要
化肥装置中脱盐水装置反渗透处于间歇运行状态,极易造成反渗透膜元件滋生大量微生物,污堵反渗透膜元件使其性能大幅衰减,不利于本装置的正常运行,针对这种情况,制定了相应的有效措施,保证了脱盐水装置的正常运行.
Abstract
The desalted water in the fertilizer plant is in the intermittent running state,which will easily cause a large number of microorganisms to breed in the reverse osmosis membrane element,and the fouling and blocking of the reverse osmosis membrane element will greatly reduce its performance,which is not conducive to the normal operation of the de-vice.In view of this situation,corresponding effective measures are developed to ensure the normal operation of the desalted water device.
