Application of soot blower in catalytic boiler systems
In the catalytic cracking unit of refinery,the heat recovery boiler realizes the en-ergy recovery of flue gas by recovering the heat of flue gas and CO in combustion flue gas.Due to the influence of operation or equipment in actual production,a small amount of cata-lyst fine powder dust will be carried in the flue gas generated by the regenerator of the catalytic cracking unit.Long time operation will cause fouling and fouling of heat transfer components such as finned tubes in boilers,resulting in higher furnace pressure,lower boiler heat recovery efficiency,and thinner tube bundles.For this reason,the common solution is to set up boiler soot blowing system,commonly used soot blowing equipment are shock wave soot blower,steam soot blower.Soot blowing operation can effectively remove soot deposits,improve boiler thermal efficiency,and ensure safe and environmental protection operation of energy recovery system.
