固体颗粒阻垢剂的研制及应用效果分析

针对油田生产中井筒结垢状况和常规液体阻垢剂加药不均匀、有效成分流失速度快、阻垢效率低等缺点,室内研制了一种缓释型固体颗粒阻垢剂.固体颗粒阻垢剂主剂是通过以马来酸酐、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、膦酸和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为单体,加入水溶性过硫酸盐类引发剂聚合而成的共聚物,载体为聚乙烯醇(PVA)1788,通过捏合、挤压、造粒工艺制备而成.室内评价,该产品具有形状规整、溶解释放速度慢、阻垢性能好等优点.现场应用情况表明,固体颗粒阻垢剂加药周期长、阻垢效果好,经济效益明显,具有很好的工业应用价值.
Development and application effect analysis of solid particle scale inhibitors
In view of the oilfield production wellbore scale and conventional liquid scale in-hibitor additives are not uniform,effective components loss speed,scale inhibition efficiency is low,and so on,a slow-release solid particle scale inhibitor was developed in laboratory.Solid particle scale inhibitors are prepared by using maleic anhydride,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid,phosphonic acid and acryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride as monomers,the copolymer was polymerized by adding water-soluble persulfate initiator.The carrier was polyvinyl alcohol 1788,which was prepared by kneading,extruding and granula-tion technology.Indoor evaluation shows that the product has the advantages of regular shape,slow dissolution and release rate,and good scale inhibition performance.The field application shows that the solid particle scale inhibitor has the advantages of long adding period,good scale inhibition effect,obvious economic benefit and good industrial application value.
