摘要

南海某油田含水率为 95%,破乳剂加注浓度高达 480 mg/L,远高于南海同类型油田.为降本增效,结合该油田处理工艺和应用效果,建立了"三段式"破乳剂评价方法,评价出破乳剂HP-15.现场试验结果表明,破乳剂HP-15在生产分离器入口加量为 40 mg/L时,破乳效果良好且与清水剂发生协同效应,清水剂加量从20 mg/L降低至13 mg/L,外排水OIW均值从20 mg/L降至 11 mg/L;破乳剂HP-15 海管入口加量为 100 mg/L时,比在用破乳剂加量降低 300 mg/L的条件下,能够较好地抑制再乳化,海管压力稳定.受益于新方法,破乳剂加量降幅高达 71%,清水剂加量降幅达35%,在改善油水处理效果的同时,实现年降本 500万元.

Abstract

The dosage of demulsifier was up to 480 mg/L in one of 95%water content oil-field in South China Sea,which is much higher than the same type of oilfield in the South Chian Sea.For cost control,based on the oilfield treatment process and application effect,a 3-step evaluation method of demulsifier was established,and optimization demulsifier HP-15 was recommended.Field test results show that the demulsifier HP-15 has a good demul-sification effect and a synergistic effect with the clear water agent when the dosage at the in let of the production separator is 40 mg/L,and the water clarifier reduced from 20 mg/L to 13 mg/L compared to products in use,the average OIW in water overboard decreased from 20 mg/L to 11 mg/L.When the dosage of the demulsifier HP-15 at subsea pipeline inlet was reduced from 400 mg/L to 100 mg/L compared to products in use,re-emulsification was well inhibited and the pressure was stable.Benefit from the new evaluation method,71% reduc-tion of demulsifier usage and 35%reduction of water clarifier usage and better oil-water treatment effect was achieved,and cost reduction of 5 million per year was obtained.
