Horizontal well fracturing technology in low permeability heavy oil reservoir in Lukeqin west district of Tuha oilfield
Block Y108 is the main block of the Triassic oil reservoir in Lukeqin west dis-trict of Tuha oilfield. The heterogeneity of the reservoir is strong, and the reservoir properties gradually deteriorate from the upper formation downwards. The permeability of the target layer T2k2 Ⅱ No.3 sand formation is lower than 10 mD,and the recovery is only 1.09%,which has been difficult to effectively develop. In response to the characteristics of strong heterogeneity, poor reservoir properties, low formation pressure coefficient, high crude oil viscosity, and low recovery of the reservoir in the block, the technical solution of"subdivision cutting+water injection and energy storage+emulsification viscosity reduction"was adopted to implement horizontal well volume fracturing.During the implementation process, the energy storage scale and fracturing process parameters were continuously summarized, analyzed and optimized. From 2020 to 2022,this technology was applied 6 times on site in low permeability heavy oil reservoirs in the western region of Lukeqin. In the early stage after fracturing, the daily oil production was 47.70 t,and currently the daily oil production is 25.00 t,with a cumu-lative oil production of 2.15×104t,significant effect after fracturing. The results indicate that this technology can improve the development of low permeability heavy oil reservoirs in the western region of Lukeqin, and is of great significance for increasing production in the block.
