摘要

实验室目前最常用的黏土稳定剂评价方法是离心法.此方法的实验过程往往在读取膨润土膨胀体积时容易产生较大误差,不同组次实验回归性差.基于离心法推出质量法评价黏土稳定剂的防膨能力,通过测量离心后离心管内上层清液的质量,随后利用公式求得膨润土膨胀体积,通过实验验证,得出与离心法相比质量法具有操作简单、准确度高、人为因素影响小的优点.用质量法测量 3 个类型 7种黏土稳定剂的防膨率,得出黏土稳定剂浓度与防膨率具有较强的对数关系.

Abstract

The most commonly used evaluation method for clay stabilizers in laboratories is the centrifugal method.During the experiment,it was found that the centrifugal method is prone to significant errors in reading the expansion volume of bentonite.The regression of different groups was poor.Based on the centrifugal method,a quality method is developed to evaluate the anti swelling ability of clay stabilizers.This method measures the weight of the upper layer of clear liquid in the centrifuge tube after centrifugation,and then uses a formu-la to calculate the volume of bentonite expansion.Through experimental verification,it is found that compared with the centrifugal method,the quality method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy,and less human factors.Using the quality method to mea-sure the anti swelling rate of three types and seven types of clay stabilizers,it was found that there is a strong logarithmic relationship between the concentration of clay stabilizers and the anti swelling rate.
