Research and application of high-temperature anti-filtration fiber plugging technology in Sulige region
In order to meet the steady growth demand of oil and gas equivalent,the drilling and construction operations in the Sulige gasfield area of Changqing oilfield have resumed the long-term injection-production area and reservoir fault zone area.Due to the long-term pressure decay of the injection and production formation in the block,coupled with the exis-tence of natural fractures in the formation,and the three-dimensional irregular distribution,the complexity of drilling well leakage increases sharply.According to statistics,in 2022,a total of 28 wells in the construction wells of Changqing Drilling Corporation in the Sulige area suffered large-scale leaks.Among them,Su 36,Su 5,Su 46,Su 14 and other blocks have fracture leakage zones,and the plugging and complex aging time is as long as more than 4 000 hours,resulting in a significant increase in drilling costs.In 2022,the high water loss fiber plugging slurry was tested,and the effect was significant in the treatment of the leakage of the upper formation,but with the increase of well depth and the gradual increase of well temperature,the plugging slurry had insufficient temperature resistance and poor sta-bility of the plugging slurry with an increase of more than 25% when the leakage and plug-ging of the lower stratum occurred,and the pollution of the lower reservoir was serious after repeated plugging.To this end,we have studied a suitable Sulige area,high temperature re-sistant filtration fiber plugging technology and construction technology,the field test used 9 wells,the plugging time of a single well is increased by 16%,and the plugging cost of a single well is reduced by 120 000 yuan,which significantly improves the success rate of large-scale and loss-return well leakage plugging and achieves efficient plugging.
