针对宁夏石化公司 10 万吨/年聚丙烯装置往复式循环丙烯压缩机在运行过程中做功效率下降问题进行探究,根据往复式压缩机在聚丙烯装置的应用情况,对出现的故障分析,引起往复式压缩机做功效率下降主要的原因有气阀频繁结焦、断裂、循环介质夹带细粉、机体换热器换热效果下降等因素,通过对上游操作进行调整,气阀材质更换、换热器清理维护、定期对往复式压缩机入口过滤器丝网进行清理等措施,延长了往复式压缩机的使用寿命,减少停机次数,避免了丙烯排放对环境造成的污染及停机排放的装置能耗损失,同时也为聚丙烯装置长周期安全运行打下了基础.
Application and troubleshooting of reciprocating compressor in polypropylene unit
This paper explores the work efficiency decline of reciprocating cycle propylene compressor in 100 000 tons/a polypropylene plant of Ningxia Petrochemical Company during operation,and analyzes the faults according to the application of reciprocating compressor in polypropylene plant.The main reasons for the decrease in the work efficiency of reciprocat-ing compressors are frequent coking and fracture of the air valve,fine powder entrainment of the circulating medium,and the decrease in the heat exchange effect of the body heat ex-changer.By adjusting the upstream operation,the material replacement of the air valve,the cleaning and maintenance of the heat exchanger,and the cleaning of the reciprocating com-pressor inlet filter screen regularly,etc.It extends the service life of the reciprocating com-pressor,reduces the number of shutdowns,avoids the pollution of the environment caused by propylene emission and the energy loss of the device caused by shutdown emission,and lays the foundation for the safe operation of the polypropylene device for a long period.
