Evaluation of environmental protection effect of wellhead ignition and venting device in natural gas well treatment
Natural gas is the clean energy.Its development and utilization can help reduce the formation of acid rain,slow down the earth's greenhouse effect,and fundamentally im-prove environmental quality.During the production of natural gas in winter,it is often neces-sary to vent the wellhead.If the natural gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere,it will cause environmental pollution,if natural gas is not discharged into the atmosphere,it is not conducive to the normal treatment of gas wells,there is a contradiction between environmen-tal pollution and gas well management.In order to solve this problem,a well head ignition and emptying sled is introduced,which is connected with the gas production tree at the well head by pipeline,and the natural gas is separated by the on-board small gas-liquid separa-tor,the liquid is discharged into the liquid storage irrigation,natural gas is directly ignited and burned at the wellhead,which can effectively avoid environmental problems and solve the treatment needs of gas wells.Well head ignition and emptying sled is small in size and moves by vehicle,it can be easily installed and connected in two hours.The ratio of input to output is 1.00∶4.34.It has a wide application prospect.
