Research and application of polymer microsphere 2.0 oil displacement technology in ultra-low permeability reservoirs
With the deepening of the development of water flooding,the distribution of dominant channeling channels and residual oil is becoming more and more complex,and the polymer microsphere continues to move deep after long-term injection and further expands the affected volume,which makes it difficult to continue to improve the flooding effect,and it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the existing polymer microsphere as soon as possible.In this paper,the polymer microsphere 2.0 with delayed swelling was designed on the basis of the polymer microsphere Ⅰgeneration product,and the temporal evolution of the polymer microsphere structure was successfully realized through laboratory evaluation and field appli-cation in five well groups,and the polymer microsphere 2.0 with delayed expansion function was developed.The temperature resistance of the system reaches more than 80℃and the salt resistance reaches more than 100 000 mg/L,which is about 3 times higher than that of the Ⅰ generation system,which effectively solves the technical problem of continuous deep migration under the condition of microporous fine throat.
