摘要
长庆油田低渗透油藏目前以水平井开发为主,但受微裂缝发育、超前注水、多段重复压裂等因素影响,固井时平衡压力设计困难,水泥石胶结质量较差,严重制约了单井后期产能.本文对现阶段姬塬油田长 6 储层水平井开展固井技术研究,针对性引入复合低密度、耐压低摩阻、不分散等特殊水泥浆体系,通过浆柱结构设计、补救工艺优化、优选扶正器等措施得到适应姬塬油田长 6 储层水平井溢、漏等异常井况下配套固井技术并现场试验,取得的良好应用效果有效提升了姬塬油田水平井固井后水泥环胶结质量.
Abstract
At present,horizontal wells are mainly developed in low permeability reservoir of Changqing oilfield.However,due to the influence of micro-fracture development,advanced water injection,multi-stage re-fracturing and other factors,it is difficult to design balanced pressure during cementing,and the quality of cement and stone bonding is poor,which seri-ously restricts the late productivity of a single well.This paper carried out cementing technol-ogy research on horizontal wells of Chang 6 reservoir in Jiyuan oilfield,introduced special ce-ment slurry systems such as composite low density,compression resistance and low friction,non-dispersion.Through slurry column structure design,remediation process optimization and optimization of centralizer,the supporting cementing technology is obtained to adapt to ab-normal well conditions such as overflow and leakage of horizontal wells in Chang 6 reservoir of Jiyuan oilfield and field tests are conducted.The good application effect has effectively im-proved the cementation quality of the horizontal well after cementing in Jiyuan oilfield.
