Analysis of factors influencing water injection development in offshore low resistance oil reservoirs
The study of low resistance oil reservoirs has always been one of the urgent prob-lems that oilfield developers at home and abroad need to solve. This article combines core, thin section, scanning electron microscopy, physical properties, and clay mineral analysis da-ta to show that compaction, cementation, and dissolution can be seen in the diagenesis of theⅣ oil group reservoir in the H oilfield.Cement mud, kaolinite, siderite, and pyrite are the main factors affecting the physical properties of the reservoir in this section. The main con-structive diagenesis is dissolution, which is more beneficial for improving the reservoir's storage performance. The secondary pores and fractures generated have to some extent im-proved the pore structure of this well. The oil saturation of the Ⅳ oil reservoir analysis sam-ples shows an increasing trend with the depth of the formation. The water saturation shows a decreasing trend as the depth of the formation increases. The average oil saturation is 7.5%.The average water saturation is 84%.TheⅣoil formation is divided into intermediate diage-netic stage A at a depth of 2 094.35~2 129.39 m,and intermediate diagenetic stage B at a depth of 2 130.00~2 136.42 m.The research results provide a basis for the efficient devel-opment of low resistance H oilfield reservoirs.
