摘要

从伴生气脱硫胺液中主要污染物和传统塔内件传质机制两方面分析了伴生气脱硫过程频繁,存在拦液冲塔问题的原因,确定了解决拦液冲塔问题的技术思路.介绍了CJST塔板的工作原理以及用于伴生气脱硫过程的技术优势,采用CFD模拟技术完成对CJST塔板的结构优化,实现改进的CJST塔板在伴生气脱硫过程的工业应用,应用后有效解决了伴生气脱硫过程的拦液冲塔问题,吸收效率显著提升,胺液再生能耗降低约 20%.

Abstract

The reasons for the liquid flooding in the associated gas desulfurization process were analyzed from two aspects of the main pollutants in the amine solution and the mass transfer mechanism of the traditional tray,and the technical route to solve the problem was determined.The work principle of CJST and the advantages used in associated gas desulfur-ization process were introduced.The structure of CJST was optimized with CFD simulation technology and the CJST was realized industrial application in the associated gas desulfur-ization process.Industrial application results proved that the liquid flooding was effectively solved and the absorption efficiency was significantly improved,and the energy consumption of amine liquid regeneration was reduced by about 20%.
