摘要

本文主要介绍了随着汽油质量指标的不断升级,现有装置在不进行大型技改的前提下无法满足汽油质量指标现状,通过工艺调整和催化剂配方的调整,对催化稳定汽油烯烃和辛烷值进行指标控制,以满足公司汽油调合需要,同时考虑降低催化剂单耗及装置运行成本.

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces that with the continuous upgrading of gasoline qual-ity index,the existing device cannot meet the current situation of gasoline quality index with-out large-scale technical reform.Through process adjustment and catalyst formulation adjust-ment,the index control of catalytic stabilized gasoline olefin and octane number is carried out to meet the company's gasoline blending needs,and at the same time,the unit consump-tion of catalyst and the operating cost of the device is considered to reduce.
