炼油催化反再器壁热点隐患紧急处理方案

某石化公司炼油装置在运行第 4个周期时陆续出现了双动滑阀器壁、外取热器器壁、半再斜管、CRC气返线等处热点隐患.为了保证以上隐患安全可控,根据不同热点隐患部位的结构、工艺操作条件针对性制定了器壁外部贴板、浇筑隔热衬里、"包盒子"等方案加强热点处器壁强度和耐磨度,保障反再系统设备的长周期安全运行.文中提到的高温、易磨损泄漏热点隐患处理工艺对于石化企业具有很好的借鉴意义.
Emergency treatment plan for hot spots and hidden dangers in the wall of oil refining catalytic reverser
In the fourth cycle of operation,the refining unit of a petrochemical company successively appeared hot spots and hidden dangers such as double-acting slide valve wall,external heat extractor wall,semi-re-inclined pipe,and CRC gas return line.In order to en-sure the safety and controllability of the above hidden dangers,according to the structure and process operation conditions of different hot spots,the external stickers,pour the insula-tion linings,and"package boxes"of the device wall have been formulated to strengthen the strength and wear resistance of the wall at the hot spots,and ensure the long-term safe oper-ation of the anti-regeneration system equipment.The treatment process of high temperature,easy wear and leakage hot spots mentioned in this paper has a good reference significance for petrochemical enterprises.
