The steam huff and puff development method is adopted in Bohai A oilfield,and the formation is shallow buried and easy to produce sand.However,the understanding of sand production mechanism under heat injection condition is unclear,and the sand produc-tion prediction model is lacking.Therefore,based on the investigation of injection thermal physical simulation experiment,the influence law of injection heat condition on sand control failure is summarized,and the sand production mechanism of thermal production well in heavy oilfield is studied.Combining with the data of exploration wells,the risk of sand pro-duction in A oilfield is analyzed by empirical method.Considering the rock strength weaken-ing caused by heat injection,thermal stress effect and rock damage caused by cyclic injec-tion-production,a prediction model of sand production by steam huttling in multiple rounds is established to study the influence of heat injection on sand production pressure difference.The comprehensive analysis results show that the damage caused by cyclic injection-pro-duction mainly occurs in the first few rounds and leads to the failure of the low-intensity reservoir segment,and the damage rate of the subsequent rounds is small and relatively sta-ble.The strength damage caused by high temperature steam has the greatest influence on sand production pressure difference,followed by cyclic injection-production,and the thermal stress effect has the least influence.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the development of this oilfield and a reference for the scheme design of similar heavy oilfields offshore.
