摘要

为了厘清影响各层段钻井提速的关键因素,明确提高机械钻速的主要手段.以钻井参数为研究对象,通过建立钻井参数 6 因素 3 水平的基本模型,对绥中 36-2 油田沙河街组钻井参数进行分析,指出了各钻井参数在钻进时对机械钻速的影响程度,并结合ANN算法预测了各试验方案的预期机械钻速.研究结果表明:(1)利用OED模型明确了机械钻速的主要影响因素;(2)通过建立OED-ANN模型,确立了最佳钻井参数,并对机械钻速进行了预测,且优化后的机械钻速分别提高了15.70%、12.25%、2.66%.结论认为,该分析评价方法使钻井参数优化更加科学,数据分析结果更加直观,能够有效指导钻井提速,为该地区其他井的钻井参数优选提供了良好范例.

Abstract

In order to clarify the key factors affecting the drilling speed of each layer,the main means to improve the drilling speed are clarified.Taking drilling parameters as the re-search object,through the establishment of the basic model of drilling parameters with 6 fac-tors and 3 levels,the drilling parameters of Shahejie formation in Suizhong 36-2 oilfield are analyzed,and the influence degree of each drilling parameter on the rate of penetration is pointed out.Combined with the ANN algorithm,the expected rate of penetration of each test scheme is predicted.The results show that,(1)The main influencing factors of penetration rate are clarified by using the OED model.(2)By establishing the OED-ANN model,the optimal drilling parameters were established,and the rate of penetration was predicted,and the opti-mized rate of penetration was increased by 15.70%,12.25%,and 2.66%,respectively.It is concluded that the analysis and evaluation method makes the optimization of drilling param-eters more scientific,the data analysis results more intuitive,can effectively guide the drilling speed,a good example for the optimization of drilling parameters of other wells in the area.
