为了确保管道在油气输送过程中的安全性,需要对管道进行缺陷检测.基于电磁涡流的原理,设计并定制了电磁涡流检测器,通过详细描述电磁涡流检测技术在某天然气区块集输管道内检测中的应用,对采集的数据质量进行评价,过滤数据信号,识别出内部金属损失点.对识别出的异常点进行剩余强度评价,预测了管道的剩余寿命,约定了下次检验日期.通过分析验证电磁涡流技术在天然气管道内检测中的适应性和准确性,为该技术在气田管道内检测中推广应用提供借鉴.
Application of electromagnetic eddy current technology in pipeline inspection
In order to ensure the safety of pipelines in the process of oil and gas transporta-tion,it is necessary to carry out defect detection of pipelines.Based on the principle of elec-tromagnetic eddy current,an electromagnetic eddy current detector was designed and cus-tomized.The application of the electromagnetic eddy current detection technology in the de-tection of the gathering and transportation pipeline in a natural gas block was described in detail,the quality of the collected data was evaluated,the data signals were filtered,and the internal metal loss points,abnormal points of the circumferential welds and dents were iden-tified.The residual strength of the identified anomaly points is evaluated,the residual life of the pipeline is predicted,and the next inspection date is agreed.By analyzing and verifying the adaptability and accuracy of the electromagnetic eddy current technology in the detection of natural gas pipelines,it provides a reference for the application of this technology in the detection of natural gas pipelines.
