摘要

对大连石化300×104t/a渣油加氢脱硫分馏塔顶腐蚀现象进行了阐述.通过对塔顶露点温度计算,汽提塔顶操作偏离工况等情况进行分析,由结果可以看出,由于汽提塔操作与设计值存在较大偏差,造成了分馏塔顶存在未经汽提塔完全脱除的H2S及NH3,导致了分馏塔顶部出现腐蚀情况.根据腐蚀机理和经济效益等方面提出了建议.

Abstract

This article elaborates on the corrosion phenomenon at the top of the fractionator in 300×104t/a residual hydrocracking unit of Dalian Petrochemical Corporation.By calculat-ing the dew point temperature and analyzing the top operation deviation of stripper tower.The result show that there is a significant deviation between the stripper operating parameter and the design value,casuing incomplete removal of the H2S and NH3 by the stripping tower,leading to corrosion at the top of the fractionator.This article proposes suggestions based on corrosion mechanisms and economic benefits.
