Research on sequential Gaussian simulation method in pore structure modeling
The purpose of traditional geological simulation algorithms is to reconstruct a previous covariance model C(h)or equivalent variation function, which is essentially a statistical relationship between the sum of any two values Z(μ)and Z(μ+h)in space. As one of the geostatistical simulation algorithms, the sequential Gaussian simulation method has the ability to construct more accurate covariances.Based on the real core pore data information, this paper uses sequential Gaussian simulation method to model the pore structure, through the sequential Gaussian simulation on the real core data, and then the variation function analysis of the anisotropy of the simulation results, through the exponential function image and the fitting exponential function of the final experiment, sequential Gaussian simulation has good simulation performance, and it is verified that the sequential Gaussian simulation method can be used to achieve the prediction of unknown information, which proves the practicability of the method.
