摘要

为了降低油气田压裂施工中压裂液对地层产生的二次伤害,本研究采用叔胺型表面活性剂制备了具有CO2 刺激响应的表面活性剂压裂液,采用不同方法对其主要性能进行了研究.结果表明,该压裂液在 100℃条件下,剪切速率为 170 s-1 时,具有较好的耐温抗剪切性能.当柴油用量为 2.0%时,压裂液的黏度在 10 min后降至 5 mPa·s以下,易于返排液从地层返排,破胶液表面张力较小.在压裂液对岩心伤害性能评价实验中,压裂液具有较低的岩心伤害程度,能够满足现场施工要求.

Abstract

In order to decrease damage ulteriorly to the formation caused by fracturing fluid during oil and gas field fracturing construction,this research prepared surfactant fracturing fluid with CO2 stimulation response using tertiary amine surfactants,and studied its main properties using different methods.The results indicate that the fracturing fluid has good temperature resistance and shear resistance at a shear rate of 170 s-1 under 100℃condi-tions.When the diesel consumption is 2.0%,the viscosity of the fracturing fluid decreases to below 5 mPa·s after 10 minutes,making it easy for the backflow fluid to flow back from the formation and reducing the surface tension of the gel breaker.In the evaluation experiment of core damage performance in the fracturing fluid,the fracturing fluid has a lower degree of core damage and can meet the requirements of on-site construction.
