摘要
目标区块属于高温高压井,且在钻进过程中发现大量的二氧化碳气体,需要构建一种集耐高温、防腐蚀、防气窜等功能于一体的固井水泥浆体系.经过抗高温衰退材料、防腐增强材料、高温降失水剂和高温缓凝剂的研选以及体系的优化和性能测试,成功构建出了一种适用于该区块的耐高温防腐防窜水泥浆体系,施工性能满足要求,防腐蚀、防气窜性能良好,抗高温衰退能力强,满足现场作业需求.
Abstract
The target block belongs to a high-temperature and high-pressure well,and a large amount of carbon dioxide gas is discovered during the drilling process.It is necessary to build a cementing cement slurry system that integrates functions such as high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,and anti-gas migration.After the research and selection of high-temperature decay resistant materials,anti-corrosion reinforcement materials,high-temperature loss reducing agents and high-temperature retarders,as well as the optimization and performance testing of the system,a set of high-temperature resistant,anti-corrosion and anti-channeling cement slurry system suitable for this block has been successfully con-structed.The construction performance meets the requirements,the anti-corrosion and anti-gas migration performance is good,and the high-temperature decay resistance is strong,meeting the needs of on-site operations.
