摘要
以钒磷铁渣为研究对象,采用盐酸-过硫酸钠为浸出体系,研究酸浸提钒工艺技术.探索浸出温度、浸出时间、盐酸浓度、过硫酸钠用量、样品粒度和液固比等对钒浸出的影响.结果表明:在浸出温度 95℃、浸出时间 22 h、盐酸浓度25%、过硫酸钠用量6.4 g/g、样品粒度 200 目、液固比 10∶1、搅拌速度 400 r/min的较佳条件下,钒浸出率达到 87.36%.
Abstract
The leaching of vanadium from vanadium-phosphorus iron slag was investigated in hydrochloric acid solution with sodium persulfate.The effects of factors including leaching temperature and time,acid concentration,sodium persulfate,particle size and liquid-solid ratio were studied in detail.The results show that the exaction of vanadium can reach to 87.36%under the optimum conditions of extraction temperature 95℃,extraction time 22 h,25%of the concentration of hydrochloric acid,sodium persulfate dosage of 6.4 g/g,particle size of less 200 mesh,liquid-solid ratio 10∶1,stirring speed of 400 r/min.
