Oxidative-leaching of Vanadium from Vanadium-posphorus Iron slag in acid solution
The leaching of vanadium from vanadium-phosphorus iron slag was investigated in hydrochloric acid solution with sodium persulfate. The effects of factors including leaching temperature and time, acid concentration, sodium persulfate, particle size and liquid-solid ratio were studied in detail. The results show that the exaction of vanadium can reach to 87.36%under the optimum conditions of extraction temperature 95℃,extraction time 22 h,25%of the concentration of hydrochloric acid, sodium persulfate dosage of 6.4 g/g,particle size of less 200 mesh,liquid-solid ratio 10∶1,stirring speed of 400 r/min.
