摘要
采用微反应器合成 2-氯-4-氟-5-硝基苯甲醛最佳工艺为硝酸与硫酸质量比为 1∶11,反应温度为 40℃,苯甲醛硫酸混合溶液最佳流速为 38 g/min,硝硫混酸最佳流速为 41 g/min,2-氯-4-氟-5-硝基苯甲醛含量为 99.5%以上.
Abstract
The optimal process for the synthesis of 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-nitrobenzaldehyde by microreactor was as follows,the mass ratio of nitric acid to sulfuric acid was 1∶11,the re-action temperature was 40℃,the optimal flow rate of benzaldehyde-sulfuric acid mixed so-lution was 38 g/min,the optimal flow rate of nitro-sulfuric acid mixed solution was 41 g/min,and the content of 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-nitrobenzaldehyde was more than 99.5%.
