减少CO2 排放是控制碳排放的重要手段,气田净化厂捕集到的CO2 可以用于CO2 驱油等领域.针对长庆气田净化厂需要开展尾气捕集回收CO2 的实际情况,本文探讨了净化厂捕集CO2 的可行性,并提出了正压焚烧加氢氧化钠碱洗尾气处理工艺及胺液捕集+丙烷制冷的CO2 捕集、液化工艺,同时得到长庆气田各个净化厂的CO2 回收率及回收能耗,对下步开展CO2 回收具有重要意义.
Optimization of carbon dioxide capture and liquefaction technology for Changqing gasfield purification plant
Reducing carbon dioxide emissions is an important means of controlling carbon emissions,and the carbon dioxide captured by gasfield purification plants can be used in fields such as carbon dioxide oil recovery.In response to the actual situation of the Changqing gasfield purification plant needing to carry out tail gas capture and recovery of carbon dioxide,this paper explores the feasibility of capturing carbon dioxide in the purifi-cation plant,and proposes a positive pressure incineration and sodium hydroxide alkali wash-ing tail gas treatment process,as well as a carbon dioxide capture and liquefaction process of amine liquid capture and propane refrigeration.At the same time,the carbon dioxide recov-ery rates and energy consumption of each purification plant in Changqing gasfield are ob-tained.It is of great significance for the next step of carbon dioxide recovery.
