摘要

目前,固井采用的基材多为油井水泥,由于其为先天性脆性材料,且在水化过程中会存在体积收缩现象.在长龄期的服役过程中,水泥环易出现微裂缝或微间隙.基于此,国内外研究者开发了修复技术,自修复材料利用其作用机制对损伤部位进行修复,实现对水泥环力学或胶结能力的修复.本文对水泥自修复技术在固井中应用研究进行了综述,并对未来发展做了展望.

Abstract

Currently,the substrate used for well cementing is mostly oil well cement,which is a inherently brittle material and undergoes volume shrinkage during hydration.During long-term service,micro cracks or gaps are prone to occur in the cement sheath.Based on this,researchers at home and abroad have developed repair techniques,using self-healing materials to repair damaged areas through their mechanism of action,achieving repair of the mechanical or bonding ability of the cement sheath.This article provides a review of the ap-plication research of cement self-healing technology in well cementing,and prospects for fu-ture development.
