低剪切-抗聚并功能降黏体系构建

稠油因其密度大、黏度高、地层条件流动性差的特点,导致稠油油藏生产井周期产量递减快,原油采出程度较低,有效开发受到限制.此外,经过降黏剂乳化降黏后的稠油在流动过程中,乳液液滴容易发生聚并,大大降低流动能力.本文通过评价低速搅拌条件下降黏效果和抗聚并能力,筛选出具有"低剪切、抗聚并"特性的降黏体系,并优选出体系中主要有机降黏剂的最佳浓度和复配体系的最佳浓度,为稠油油藏的效益开发提供理论支撑.
Construction of low shear-anti agglomeration functional viscosity reduction system
Due to the cha racteristics of high density,high viscosity,and poor fluidity in reservoir conditions,heavy oil reservoirs are limited in effective development,with rapid de-cline in period production and low recovery rate.In addition,after the use of viscosity re-ducer with emulsification,the emulsion droplets of heavy oil tend to agglomerate during the flow process,greatly reducing their fludity.This study evaluates the viscosity reduction effect and anti agglomeration ability under low-speed stirring conditions,screens out a demulsifi-cation system with"low shearing and anti agglomeration"characteristics,and optimizes the best concentration of the main organic viscosity reducer in the mixed system and the best concentration of the mixed system,providing theoretical support for the efficient development of heavy oil reserves.
