摘要

中原文 23 储气库沙四段采用φ235.00 mm钻头,利于注气,但水平井钻井存在以下难题:泥岩含量高,井壁易失稳;非常规井眼携岩带砂难度大;短半径水平井模式,狗腿度大,定向易托压.采用机理和性能与油基钻井液相当的环保型近油基钻井液有助于解决以上难题,现场应用 2 口井,结果表明:(1)该钻井液对沙四段泥岩井壁稳定周期长;(2)润滑性好,定向无托压,起下钻摩阻低;(3)钻井液携岩能力强,井眼清洁效果好.缩短了钻完井周期,降低了钻井成本,对文23储气库部署具有重大意义.

Abstract

φ235.00 mm drill bits was adopted at Es4 of Wen 23 gas storage reservoir in the Zhongyuan area was beneficial for gas injection.There were many difficulties in horizontal well drilling,such as wellbore instability in high shale content,carry sand difficulty because of unconventional wellbore,directional underpinning often occurs at short-radius horizontal well mode and large dogleg degrees.The use of environmentally friendly near oil-based drilling fluids with mechanisms and performance comparable to oil-based drilling fluids could help solve the above problems.The application of 2 wells showed that,(1)a long peri-od of wellbore stability of the drilling fluid for the mudstone of Es4 formation.(2)Good lu-bricity,normal orientation and low tripping friction.(3)Strong carrying capacity,which ensures the borehole cleaning.It was the great significance for shortening drilling and completion pe-riod,reducing drilling costs,and deployment of the Wen 23 gas storage reservoir.
