As the main production and development layer in recent years,tight oil reservoir is the main battlefield of stable production and increase in the later period.At present,the X area Chang 8 reservoir is facing problems such as low permeability,fracture development,water breakthrough in the main well of waterflooding development,ineffective lateral wells,rapid decline in formation energy and large decline.By studying the characteristics and con-tradictions of the development blocks,some key management and adjustment technologies are summarized,which can provide some reference for the efficient and stable development of similar reservoirs in the later stage.
