BZ区块承压桥堵挤注技术研究与应用

针对BZ-2 井漏失层裂缝发育,地层承压能力低,易发生恶性漏失等堵漏施工难题,笔者从BZ区块的地质特征入手,通过总结该区块的漏失因素和堵漏作业难点,研发出一套承压桥堵挤注技术.该堵漏技术选用抗高温、惰性、遇水不软化变形材料,片状、颗粒状和纤维等有机配合,各级颗粒级配适中,可有效封堵 5mm内裂缝或孔隙通道,封堵后地层承压能力达20 MPa以上,且与钻井液配伍性良好.该堵漏技术在BZ-2 井获得成功应用,有效提高了地层的承压能力,使钻井液密度从 1.42 g/cm3 提高到 1.53 g/cm3,提升了钻井工程进度和作业质量,为该区块其他漏失井的堵漏作业提供了典型的借鉴样本.
Research and application of pressure-bearing bridge plugging and squeezing technology in BZ block
Aiming at the difficult problems of plugging construction in BZ-2 well,such as the development of cracks in leakage layer,low pressure-bearing capacity of formation and easy occurrence of malignant leakage.The author starts with the geological characteristics of BZ block,summarizes the leakage factors and plugging operation difficulties of this block,and develops a set of plugging and squeezing technology of pressure-bearing bridge.The plugging technology adopts high temperature resistant,inert,non-softening deformation mate-rial in contact with water,organic combination of flake,granule and fiber,and moderate gra-dation of particles at all levels,which can effectively block fractures or pore channels in 5 mm.After plugging,the pressure-bearing capacity of the formation is above 20 MPa and has good compatibility with drilling fluid.The plugging technology has been successfully ap-plied in well BZ-2,which effectively improves the pressure-bearing capacity of the forma-tion,increases the drilling fluid density from 1.42 g/cm3 to 1.53 g/cm3,improves the drilling progress and operation quality,and provides a typical reference sample for the plugging op-eration of other lost circulation wells in this block.
